Croyde beach is lifeguarded, Putsborough and Saunton are not.
Both swimming pools in Croyde welcome non-residents. Ruda have just rebuilt their pool, Unison Croyde Bay Resort is nearer our properties and great for smaller children.

Walk across Croyde beach and up to Baggy Point and back. Enjoy refreshments at Cafe Croyde on the way back.
Walk up Cloutman’s Lane and over the downs to Saunton and back to Croyde round the footpath above the road. Enjoy fantastic views from the top of the downs.

Visit the children's playground behind the village car park and hall. You'll also find the skate park tucked behind the village hall.
There are also swings behind the dunes to the right of the main field.
