Cancellation Policy

Provided you have paid the Initial Deposit and Balance (together being the full Booking cost), our cancellation terms are as follows:

1. If you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking you will receive a full refund of your Initial Deposit or full Booking cost, as applicable, provided your stay is at least 14 days away.

2. If you cancel at least 8 (eight) weeks before check-in you will receive a 70% refund on your full booking cost. In most cases at least 8 weeks or more before check in, only the Initial Deposit has been paid (generally this is 30% of the full Booking Cost). This would mean your Initial Deposit (of 30%) is not refundable.

3. If you cancel within 8 (eight) weeks of check-in, then no refund will be payable.

   Please note the “booking fee” is not refundable.
